Q1: Can we meet you?
My name is Okeyemi Queen Moyosoreoluwa. I’m 20 years old, a final-year Accounting student at Bells University of Technology.
Q2: Why Most Beautiful Girl in Alimosho?
I saw it as an opportunity to express my passion and contribute to society.
Q3: What motivated you into pageantry?
My mom. She’s been my inspiration and mentor.
Q4: Tell us about the obstacles you faced during the contest and how you overcame them.
Balancing school activities and pageant preparations was challenging. I worked hard, practiced rigorously, and relied on my mum’s training.
Q5: What made you stand out amongst other contestants?
My confidence, poise, charisma, intelligence, and inner abilities.
Q6: Did you expect to win?
I was confident, but you can’t be totally sure. I was fidgety, but I prepared myself to accept the outcome.
Q7: What did you love about your sash?
The beauty and pride that comes with wearing it. It symbolizes honor and recognition.
Q8: How was your experience during Most Beautiful Girl in Alimosho?
It was beautiful! I met new faces, learned from amazing trainers, and enjoyed the excitement.
Q9: How did you feel when you were called the winner?
Overwhelmed with emotions – tears, shock, fears, and joy.
Q10:How did you feel when the winning sash touched your neck?
Proud and happy! It was an unforgettable moment.
Q11: What does the sash symbolize to you?
My pride and identity.
Q12: What’s your view on the current high inflation of petrol and its effect on fashion shows?
It’s affecting everyone, not just fashion show practitioners. The government should regulate prices.
Q13:Who’s your role model?
My mom. She’s charismatic, intelligent, and inspiring.
Q14: Has being a Pageantry Queen ever clashed with your personality?
Yes! As an introvert, public speaking was challenging, but I adjusted.
Q15: Where should we see you in the next 2 years?
A place of growth, hard work, and perseverance.
Q16: Any message to aspiring ladies?
Go for your dreams! Pursue your passion, education, and don’t let others define your worth.
