Omowunmi Dada is an Award Winning Nollywood actress, model, and television personality. She is well known for her role as Folake in the M-Net television show Jemeji.

Omowunmi Dada  is also famous for her role in the Yoruba film Somewhere in the Dark, and ‘Asiri Ade’. She is one of the fastest-rising actresses in Nigeria.

The multi-talented actress was born in Lagos State, Nigeria on 2nd October 1989. As of September 2024, the screen goddess Omowunmi Dada age is 35 years.

Academics :

The prolific thespian  attended Ifako International Nursery and Primary School for her primary school education. While she was in primary school, Dada was a member of the school’s Yoruba cultural dance troupe and was one of the best bata dancers at the time.

She then proceeded her elementary education at Command Day Secondary School in Oshodi for her secondary school education.

The actress then joined the University of Lagos, where she obtained a degree in Creative Arts. The actress confessed that she has always loved the arts from her primary school days and that all she wanted to do was act, sing, and dance, which is why she decided to study Creative Arts.

Career :

Omowunmi Dada actress began as a stage actress in 2010. Her first stage play was Moremi Ajasoro, which was directed by Femi Oke. In 2013, she featured in Oya, which became her debut movie.

In 2017, the actress featured in a stage play, Isale Eko, which the government of Lagos state used to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the state.
